Meaning:
count on-
to look forward to as certain;to anticipate
count on someone-
to rely on;depend on 
to expect someone to help when needed

* I am counting on you to tell me everything they say.

* Can I count on you to help me with my presentation ?

* you can count on Mr.S to do everything right.

* you can always count on John to mess things up. 

* you can always count on him to cause problems.

* I am always by your side, you can count on me.
